Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens and guest laundry are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens

- Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, and dryers

- Inspect linens for stains or damages and report any issues to the supervisor

- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaned linens

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area

- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred

- Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and techniques

- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

- Good physical stamina, as this role requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy loads

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
